Supreme Service & Warranty Program

We offer our customers our Supreme Service & Warranty Program to ensure that their vans are constantly reliable, roadworthy and operate as they are supposed to. By regularly servicing your caravan, our mechanics will be able to spot any potential issues or worn parts early on, lessening the chances of safety hazards and the need for expensive repairs.

To keep the Supreme Service & Warranty Program on your caravan valid, you must ensure that it is serviced by your Supreme Caravans dealer or by a mechanic that they have recommended to you.

Service Pricing:

Tandam Axle $400

Single Axle $350 

Service Department

We want our customers to get the most out of their caravans, which is why we have a conveniently located service department at 47 Merola Way in Campbellfield. After having a service completed on your caravan, please forward a copy of the invoice to:

Failure to do so will result in your Supreme Service & Warranty Program becoming null and void. For any assistance of information regarding our Program, please contact your dealer.

Service Regularity

To ensure that your caravan is kept running at its optimal level, it is important that you keep its service history up to date. Achieve this by undertaking your first service at 1,500km (or after 3 months, whichever comes first), your second service at 10,000km (or after 6 months), and your following services at every 10,000km (or after every 6 months). At each service, ensure that the mechanic checks everything over, from the chassis to the interior fittings.
